A benefit of taking one of my birds of prey workshops is that we get to photograph these amazing animals in great light and great settings with great results..really it’s just great!
By working with these birds we can work with the light and move around so that we can get several very different looks at the same bird during the same session. All of these images are of the same birds at the same shoot…this would not be possible in most truly wild photography situations.
All of these owls are being cared for by a rehab facility and their damages were too substantial to allow them to be re-released and so they’ve become ambassadors to teach people about the wonderful world of owls.
